What is Procera AVH?
Procera AVH is an over-the-counter supplement sold on the premise that it will give you better memory and strengthen your cognitive ability. Just like any supplement, Procera AVH is not FDA approved. Because many Procera reviews claim it is not effective, some ask the bold question, “Is Procera AVH a scam?”
No official studies have been conducted regarding Procera AVH, but there are some testimonials claiming that it works. Procera AVH is indeed a real product, but the effectiveness has yet to be determined. Procera AVH complaints question the safety of the product and the actual benefit, but those who follow the dosage and directions claim it is safe.
A study on Procera AVH was published by JANA, the Journal of the American Nutraceutical Association (note that they are not associated with JAMA, the Journal of the American Medical Association; JANA is unofficial). This study is said to have many flaws, and very little information was given by Procera on the details of the study.
The study consisted of less than one-hundred participants from their twenties to fifties. Keep in mind this age group likely has very little problems with memory. The study did state that the group taking Procera reported a reduction in anger, a significant mood change, and improved word recognition.
Procera AVH Lawsuits do exist. The lawsuit was brought about claiming Procera had falsely advertised their product and mislead consumers. Now users of Procera can receive a $20 compensation or a fifty-percent-off voucher. Procera still claims they didn’t do anything wrong, but don’t want the litigation to continue.
What are the Ingredients?
The Procera AVH website gives little information regarding the actual facts of the product, but they do list the below ingredients and claim that each one has been in use “for a total of more than fifty years,” to help with brain health.
HUP increases the chemical Acetylcholine which is used to help cells communicate with the brain. Because of this, HUP is thought to improve cognitive ability and assist with mental issues.
Acetyl-L-carnitine is known to help product energy and increase heart and brain function. It is also important for muscle movements and other bodily processes.
VIN is believed to help increase blood flow to the brain, but no scientific research has been done regarding how it actually works.

Are there any Side Effects?

Where to Buy & Cost
Procera can be bought at GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. Amazon offers a discount compared to the other stores. You cannot find Procera at Walmart, Walgreens, or Vitamin World.
Depending on where you purchase Procera, it can cost anywhere from $35 to $45 a bottle. Due to its expensive nature, many users recommend that instead of purchasing Procera as a product, you purchase the three main active ingredients separately. Users who recommend this also say you’ll get better results as you can “pick and choose” your dosages and sources.
